I’m having a problem with restricting cloud recording access. The options we have for “Share this recording” are either “Publicly” or “UNC-CH only” with a mandatory field box for domains (default is *unc.edu and *UNC.EDU). The setting for restricted to “UNC-CH” does not work. The sharing link takes users to their login page. Once they login with SSO, they get into their own account but not my video. I have checked setting to share publicly and that link works fine. I have had another UNC user try it and I have tried it in multiple browsers. I even tried with VPN. Any ideas?
